1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They are widely used to make websites work, to make them work more efficiently, and to provide reporting information to the site owner.
2. The categories of cookies we use
Strictly necessary
Required for the site to function — authentication, session management, security, load balancing. These cannot be turned off in our systems.
Functional
Remember preferences such as workspace, billing region, and saved filter selections. Disabling these will reduce the usefulness of the application but it will still work.
Analytics
Help us understand how visitors use the marketing site so we can improve it. We use a privacy-respecting analytics provider that does not set cross-site tracking cookies.
Marketing
Used only when you have given explicit consent via the cookie banner. We do not load marketing trackers by default.
3. Cookies set by GBPHive
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| gbphive_session | Authenticated session | Session |
| gbphive_workspace | Last selected workspace | 1 year |
| gbphive_consent | Cookie banner choice | 1 year |
4. Third-party cookies
We use a small number of third-party services that may set their own cookies, including our analytics provider and our customer support tool. We list these on our Subprocessors page.
5. Your choices
You can manage cookies through your browser settings or via the cookie banner on first visit. If you reject non-essential cookies, the site will still work but some functionality may be reduced.
6. Changes to this policy
We will update this page if our cookie usage changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
